If you are in recruitment this is something not many would have missed hearing or discussing about, but end of the day does any one get the message what is this exactly, even if you get import of this strong words do you have Guts to put it across, even if you better DONT.
It would hurt a person, but what has this emotion got to do in Business.. it does my dear
what matters is that the way you put it across but it calls for loads of PR, Interpersonal skill
I had this incident recently with one of my MNC Client, they have got philosophical thoughts pecked their name,
but after having met a person for several times they say that person's communication is bad, or else what is mentioned in the heading at the nth round
i know such things happen but i wonder if they (big people) cant judge even in the 2nd or 3rd time.
we consultants are sandwitched say what? hw to say this, at least when u talk about the captioned subject, u need to mention what is that you follow and what do u expect this person to do
dont you think it is a first and foremost duty of any company to brief their vendor about their culture, not all do
what happens last is that u put the blame on the vendor saying u dont do you work properly
Great we shud appreciate these people....Hhh
